Alex John Kemper, age 30, of the Village of Wrightstown, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Froedtert Holy Family Hospital following complications related to strokes.

Alex was born May 10, 1993, in Racine and welcomed home from the hospital into the loving family of Jack Kemper and the late Linda Kemper. Following his mother's passing in 2013, he gained the love of a second family when Mama Jane entered Jack and his life in 2016. Alex was a 2014 graduate of Syble Hopp School in Green Bay. He enjoyed attending day services with all of his friends at ASPIRO.

Alex had a special zest for life. He enjoyed participating in Special Olympics, the Miracle Leage, NEW All-Stars, and Soap Box Derby. Alex was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers. He also loved trains, video games, fans (or anything that twirled or spun), boat rides, truck rides, and especially traveling. He made multiple trips across the country by car, train and plane and was the best travel companion – he never complained about anything, he was just happy to be there. Alex really enjoyed every moment in life and was always there to say "Hi," give a hug, and brighten someone's day. He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the honor to know him.

Alex is survived by his dad, Jack Kemper and stepmom Jane Kemper, 10 brothers and sisters, 16 nieces and nephews, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins – the benefits of a blended family.

He is preceded in death by his mother Linda Kemper and paternal grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Alex on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the National Railroad Museum (2285 S. Broadway, Ashwaubenon) from 3:30pm to 6pm. In honor of Alex, we will end the celebration with a train ride. Alex liked bright colors, so please dress in bright colors or Packer clothes.
