Obituary

Angela "Angie" M. Peltier, age 64, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, on March 26, 2026. Angie was born on January 18, 1962, to her parents Marion M. (DeFabrizio) and John C. Dexter, in Framingham, Massachusetts. She started her family in New England, and then in 1995 she and her kids moved to Manitowoc where she married Donald Peltier on July 5, 2001. In Manitowoc, she graduated from Silver Lake College and went on to work for United Way and then the Job Center of Manitowoc. Angie enjoyed NASCAR and attending local racing events. Later, she loved spending time outdoors camping. She and Don traveled the country camping and making friends wherever they went, but her happy places were Point Beach State Park and Yellowstone National Park. She loved nature and was a gifted photographer. Most of all, she treasured spending time with her grandkids and her cats. Angie was a kind and caring woman who valued her family and friends.

Angie is survived by her beloved husband Don; children Allen (Jade Hoch) Kempton and Justin (Angela Verhulst) Kempton; step-children Matthew (Michelle) Peltier, Laura Peltier, Scott (Anna) Peltier; grandchildren Ryker, Haven, Logan, Dahlia, Lucas, Saber, Jose; siblings Beth Kempton, John (Evelyn) Dexter, and Andrea (Mark) Bunk; siblings-in-law Jerry (Karen Sue) Peltier and Richard Peltier; nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Marion and John Dexter, parents-in-law Joan and Eugene Peltier, daughter-in-law Sandra Kempton, step-son Andrew "Andy" Peltier, brothers-in-law Bob Kempton and David Peltier, and sister-in-law Karen Sue Gastelum.

Cremation has taken place at Harrigan Parkside Crematory Chapel. Visitation will be held at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, 628 N. Water St., Manitowoc, on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m.
