Anne T. Maki's Obituary
Anne T. Maki, age 56, of 1132 South 15th Street, Manitowoc, entered eternal life Sunday evening, May 17, 2015 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Center, Sheboygan Falls.
Anne was born February 1, 1959 in Manitowoc. She was the daughter of Joan Tauschek Luchsinger and the late Gilbert Luchsinger. Anne was a graduate of Lincoln High School with the class of 1977. She continued her education at Northwestern Technical College in Green Bay receiving her Certified Nursing Assistant certificate. Anne was employed with local nursing homes and the last several years at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center. On July 28, 1978 she married Glen R. Maki in Manitowoc. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Anne enjoyed cooking, crocheting and gardening.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years: Glen; three sons: Eric F. Maki and his significant other, Dana, and their son, Dakota, Valders; Carl F. (Ashley) Maki, Manitowoc; Adam F. (Laura) Maki, Manitowoc; her mother: Joan Luchsinger, Manitowoc; twelve brothers and sisters: Bonita (Glen) Skattebo, Brown Deer; Paul (Anita) Luchsinger, Oklahoma; Peter (Patricia) Luchsinger, Algonquin, IL; Robert Luchsinger, Manitowoc; James (Doris) Luchsinger, Manitowoc; Jean (Mark) Zeer, Manitowoc; Wendy (David) Zunker, Two Rivers; Therese (Mark) Lodge, Toledo, OH; Joanna Luchsinger, Menomonee Falls; Andrew (Cindy) Luchsinger, Manitowoc; Joseph (Sara) Luchsinger, Fond du Lac; Sara (Allan) Qualman, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father: Gilbert Luchsinger on November 20, 2004.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2015 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Officiating will be Chaplin Deacon John Vincent. Cremation will follow at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of the cremains at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services at 4:00 p.m.
