Arle D. Koeppe Jr., age 68, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
Arle was born on November 29, 1952 in Manitowoc. He was the son of the late Arle and Carol Daul Koeppe Sr. Arle was a graduate of Lincoln High School. He was employed with Rush Logistics, Northern Labs, and the Eagles Club as an assistant manager for many years. On April 28, 1984 he married Linda L. Krogh at Wesley United Methodist Church in Manitowoc. He was a member of the Eagles Club and Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church where he sang in the church choir. Arle enjoyed woodworking, camping, and in past years bowled in local bowling leagues.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda, one daughter and son-in-law, Tanya and Jay Van Campenhout, who was like a son to Arle, Howard; five grandchildren, Tresa Koeppe, Alexander Koeppe, Sebastian Nixon, Scott Nixon, and Aiden Koeppe; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Tim and Kathy Koeppe, Manitowoc, Tom and Karen Koeppe and Paul and Sue Koeppe both of Two Rivers; four brothers-in-law, Michael (Sandy) Krogh, Manitowoc, Harold (Cindy) Krogh, Valders, Mathew (Kelly) Krogh, Valders, and Brian Krogh and his partner Kevin of Green Bay; nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arle and Carol Koeppe, one sister, Sandra Londo, and two brothers-in-law, Jens and Edward Krogh.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, 3209 Meadow Lane, Manitowoc. Officiating will be Rev. Robert Kujawski and Rev. Stephen Melso. Relatives and friends may call at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Cremation will follow at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of the cremated remains at a later date at Knollwood Cemetery. In consideration and safety of the family and people attending the visitation and funeral service wearing a mask and social distancing will be required.
