Arnold L. Wilcox, age 62, a Manitowoc resident, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Arnie was born on February 11, 1955 in Escanaba, Michigan. He was the son of the late Charles and Lucille Barth Commins Wilcox. He attended Glen Lake High School in Glen Lake, Michigan. Arnie owned and operated Arnie's Auto and Miscellaneous Repairs in Potter. He was also employed at Amerequip Corporation in Kiel. Arnie married Sharon Pomrenke in 2013 in Manitowoc. He enjoyed doing mechanical work on cars and watching cowboy western movies on television.

He is survived by his wife: Sharon; three children: Jeffrey (Ann) Wilcox, Arron Wilcox and significant other Tara, Amanda (Mitch) Roeder, all of Chilton; five grandchildren, two brothers: Robert (Sylvia) Wilcox, Bradley, CA; Danny (Dierdre) Commins, Traverse City, MI; two sisters: Sharon (Ervin) Schuette, Manitowoc; Joyce (Leonard) Schaub, Suttons Bay, MI; mother-in-law: Ora Lindblad, Marinette, WI; nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Lucille Wilcox; one brother: Eugene; and three sisters: Shirley, Anita, and Carol.
