Arthur D. Ripley, 65, of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc, under the care of Holy Family Memorial Hospice.
He was born on February 14, 1956 to the late Charles and Lorraine (Marginet) Ripley in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Arthur grew up in Michigan and attended school there. In 1989 he met the love of his life, Kathy Winkel, and they were united in marriage on June 25, 2004. Art loved to spend time with his family and friends. There were many days he spent helping his family and friends with building projects including helping with flooring, decks, and building a shed just to name a few. He also enjoyed watching and cheering on the Packers. Art worked for many years as a welder at Formrite and Hamilton.
Survivors include his children, Jeremy Ripley, Sarah Ferreri, Tina Luecke and her significant other, Alfonso, and Tara Smith; grandchildren, Marayah Ferreri, Hunter Miske, Jax Ferreri, Christopher Blue, Marissa Blue, Caitlin Smith, Carlos Pina, and Miguel Dominguez; siblings, Tom (Ann) Ripley, Chuck (Barb) Ripley, Marcel (Debbie) Ripley, Debbie Palyu, Tammy (Glenn) Boneske, Mike Ripley, and Kenny Ripley; members of Kathy's family (Arthur thought of them like his own); and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy; and parents, Charles and Lorraine Ripley.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Connection Church, 1455 North Rapids Road, Manitowoc, with Pastor Chris Gilbert officiating. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any memorials in Arthur's name.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11 th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
