Ashley Lynn Duerst, age 36, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Monday, January 30, 2023 at her residence.

Ashley was born on December 10, 1986 in Mauston, Wisconsin to Al and Amy (Sunday) Raedel.  After attending Mauston High School, she furthered her education at UW Manitowoc, majoring in Sociology.  Ashley obtained her certification as a CNA and worked at various nursing homes.  On May 30, 2013, Ashley married Theodore Duerst in Mauston. She was a loving mother and her children knew that she loved them with her whole heart! Her friends and family knew her as generous, kind and caring. Ashley always seemed to know the perfect thing to say. She loved baking, canning, pickling, trying new recipes and crafting.

Surviving Ashley is her husband, Ted; their children, Jack, Addyson, Eastyn, Kasyn, Ellyeana, Maquan, Trieana, Elijah, and Ianna; father, Al (Coree) Raedel; mother, Amy (Steve) Ragan; grandmother, Mildred Sunday-Holme; grandmother, Charlotte Ragan Lyman; grandparents, Richard and Sheryl Noble; four siblings, Tabitha Johnson, Jesse (Andrea) Raedel, Gabrial (Justice) Raedel, Angelea Raedel; and Brad Ragan; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Ashley was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Alfred and Robin Raedel; maternal grandfather, Grant Sunday; grandfather, Lynn Lyman and brother, Chris Ragan.

Memorial services will be held at Noon on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.  Ashley's father, Pastor Al Raedel, will officiate.  Following the memorial service, a reception for family and friends will be held at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.  Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.  The family will greet relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Sunday, February 12, 2023 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at Noon.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
