Barbara Lou Larzelere, age 62, of Francis Creek, passed away Friday, November 1, 2024, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay surrounded by her family after her courageous battle with cancer.
Barb was born on July 11, 1962, in Two Rivers to the late Harold and Beverly (Van Laarhoven) Lesperance. She attended Washington High School in Two Rivers, graduating in 1980. Barb met the love of her life, Tim, after a night of dancing at Studio 8 in June 1988. They were engaged 3 months later. Then on September 30, 1989, she married Tim Larzelere at Holy Redeemer Church in Two Rivers. Barb started working in 1986 at Bill's Red Owl in Two Rivers, followed by Northern Labs, Mirro-Foley, and Hamilton's. She then decided to further her education at Lakeshore Technical College where she received her associate's degree in 2014. She then worked at Schneider National in the logistics department. Barb enjoyed being a Tastefully Simple consultant for over 10 years. She also enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and camping at their permanent sites at Jellystone and then later at Cedar Valley. Her children and grandbabies, as she would lovingly call them, were the light of her life. Barb will be remembered for her infectious laugh and smile which would light up a room.
Barb is survived by her loving husband, Tim, of 35 years; their three children: Matthew (Andrea) Lesperance, St. Nazianz; Alisabeth (Tristen Close) Larzelere, St. Nazianz; and Michael (Tiffany Dombrowski) Larzelere, Fond du Lac; and their grandchildren: MJ, Wade, and Daphne Lesperance; Savannah Larzelere.
She is further survived by her siblings: Bonnie Lesperance, Fond du Lac, and Brian (Susie) Lesperance, Whitelaw. Her siblings-in-law: Loel (Kathy) Larzelere, Phoenix, AZ and Lori (Dale) Wilfert, Francis Creek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and their families. She was proceeded in death by her parents: Harold and Beverly Lesperance and her parents-in-law: Harry and Blanche Larzelere.
