Barbara K. Pleuss, age 60, a resident of Hannah Home on Delta Street, Manitowoc, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation Northridge in Manitowoc.

Barbie was born on October 14, 1952 in Manitowoc to Cecilia Gates Pleuss and the late Jack Pleuss Jr.

Survivors include Barbie's mother: Cecilia Pleuss, Manitowoc; one brother: Frank Pleuss, Green Bay; two sisters: Jackie (Mark) Zucchi, Manitowoc and Debbie (Ron) Plog, Green Bay; also other relatives and friends. Barbie was preceded in death by her father, Jack Pleuss Jr.; and one brother: Chuck Pleuss Sr.

In respect with Barbie's wishes, a private memorial service was held at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Monday, January 14, 2013 with Rev. Richard Klinkeisen officiating followed by a luncheon at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of her cremated remains at Forest View Cemetery in Two Rivers.
