Bernadine A. Wachowski, age 83, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.

Bernadine was born on May 21, 1933 in Manitowoc to the late Armidos and Emma Zimmerhakel Trottier. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1952. Bernadine had been employed at Paragon Electric for 36 years until her retirement in 1996. She enjoyed spending her time working with her daughter Kim at Kim's Classic Closet. Bernadine was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish.

Survivors include Bernadine's three daughters: Sue A. Wachowski, Two Rivers; Mary Lou (Bob) Dedering, Manitowoc; and Kim (Andy) Wimmer, Manitowoc; grandson: Jason (Katy) Dedering, Appleton; granddaughter: Jennifer Dedering, Sister Bay; brother: Vernon (June) Trottier, Manitowoc; sister: Gladys Kozora, Bluffington, SC; also other relatives and friends.

In respect with Bernadine's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of Bernadine's cremated remains to be at Pioneers Rest Cemetery in Two Rivers.
