Bernard A. Marchand, 62, of Manitowoc, passed away August 4, 2021 at his home.  He was born March 31, 1959 in Moorhead, Minnesota, the son of Ovella J. and Sylvia A. (Stevens) Marchand.

No local funeral services have been scheduled.  A memorial service for Bernard may be scheduled in North Dakota at a later date.
