Cathy O. Boyle's Obituary
Cathy O. Boyle, age 63, a Manitowoc resident, entered eternal life on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Cathy was born October 15, 1952 in Shell Lake, WI. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Carole Donatell Kubnick. Cathy graduated from Spooner High School with the class of 1971. She continued her education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Special Education. During her senior year of college, Cathy spent a year of studying abroad in Europe. She was employed as a special education teacher with the Manitowoc School District for 38 years. On December 22, 1984 she married Joseph P. Boyle at Twin Cities Baptist Church in Manitowoc. Cathy was a member of Hope Community Church where she was active with youth groups. Cathy enjoyed teaching young people about Jesus, rubber stamping, singing, camping, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years: Joe Boyle; one daughter, Christine Boyle, Marinette; one brother, Jim Kubnick, Florida; nieces and nephews: Sarah (Bill) Jaeger, Gretchen Kubnick, Jake (McKenzee) Kubnick, Donn (Sue) Kubnick, and Kris (Beth) Kubnick along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Donald and Carole Kubnick; two brothers: Donn Kubnick and William "Billy" Kubnick.
Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2015, at Hope Community Church, 4408 County Road B, Manitowoc. Officiating will be Rev. John Aitken and Rev. Joe Boyle, Cathy's husband. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial services at 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Cathy's name. Any expressions of sympathy and kindness can be directed to a family member.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
