Craig L. Schaefer, age 62, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.

He was born November 8, 1962 in Manitowoc, son of the late Lloyd and Jean (Meyr) Schaefer.

Craig is survived by his son: Bryce Schaefer; his brother and sister-in-law: Keith and Chris Schaefer; aunts and uncle: Jean Nelson and Dean Schaefer, and Nancy Borcalli. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Lloyd and Jean Schaefer; and his brother: Thomas Schaefer.

Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3209 Meadow Lane, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Stephen Melso.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc.
