Daniel C. Danbrova, age 74, a Manitowoc resident, entered eternal life on Saturday evening, October 15, 2016 at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Daniel was born on October 10, 1942 in Superior, Wisconsin. He was the son of Caroline Ostrowski Danbrova Meyer and the late Charles Danbrova. Daniel attended Lincoln High School and continued his education at the Manitowoc Vocational School where he studied welding and then became employed as a welder with Manitowoc Equipment Works and later with Manitowoc Ice for 42 years retiring in 2014. His three passions were his CB radio, his love for riding his Harley Davidson motor cycle, and fishing.

He is survived by three children: Dawn (Greg) Hampson, Manitowoc; Curt (Heidi) Danbrova, Francis Creek; Duane (Becky) Danbrova, Columbus, OH; his mother: Caroline Meyer, Manitowoc; six grandchildren: Jacob Hampson and his fiancé Paula, Chelsea (Jacob) Penning, Gavin Danbrova, Cheyenne Danbrova, Holly Weber, and Shane Weber; three great grandchildren, one brother: Roger (Sharon) Danbrova, Clover; two sisters: Lori (JJ) Lewis, Manitowoc; Sandy Holly, Manitowoc; his best friend and his wife: Buddy and Joanie Luckow, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Charles Danbrova; cousin: Ed Sanders.

A Life Celebration Social will be held for relatives and friends on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.
