Debra S. Cadle, age 47, a resident at the Manitou Manor Apartment, 1433 North 6th Street, Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

Debbie was born June 13, 1962 at Cherokee, Iowa. She is the daughter of Patricia (Howard) Decker and the late Charles Neville. Debbie attended schools in Manitowoc and Mishicot.

She is survived by two children: Eva (Glenn) Elwood, Two Rivers, WI; Wayne Fogeltanz and his fiancé Tiffany Ozment, Sheboygan, WI; 2 granddaughters: Macy and Isabella Elwood; brothers and sisters: Debbie (George) Terrill, Rising Sun, Maryland; Randy (Lori) Decker, Peach Tree City, Georgia; Karen (Jeff) Edwards, Rose Hill, North Carolina; Ronda Mathews and fiancé Kevin Myren, Eleva, WI; Linda (Fran) Tomczuk, Fortville, Indiana; Billie Jo (Mark) Maedke, Two Rivers, WI; Charlie (Tara) Neville, Two Rivers, WI; Ricky (Misty) Decker, Two Rivers, WI; Dale (April) Decker, Two Rivers, WI; many nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father: Charles Neville.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, 1500 Highway 310, Manitowoc. Officiating will be Rev. Todd Lanman with burial to follow at Knollwood Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at Knollwood Chapel on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m.
