Debra A. Gauthier, age 64, a Manitowoc resident, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 20, 2023 at her home.

She was born October 17, 1958 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late James and Patricia (Cichantek) Thorison. Debra attended Lincoln High School. She was a private investigator as well as an ordained minister. Debra was known as a loving person that had a heart a gold with a bit of sass. She would do anything to help those in need. Above all, she loved her girls, grandkids, family and friends.

Debra is survived by two daughters: Dawn (Bruce) Reichwaldt and Andrea (Kirk) Raether; six grandchildren: Skye Morency (Significant other Michael), Dalton Morency, Brayden Morency (Significant other Brooke), Jayden Morency, Christian Gauthier, and Landon Raether; her siblings: James Thorison, Patrick Thorison, and Darci Howarth (Significant other Jeff); and her best friend: Mary. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Patricia Thorison.

Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and memorial services will be announced at a later date.
