Denise M. Elsea, age 65, a Manitowoc, Wisconsin resident, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at her home.

She was born May 31, 1959 in Winchester, Virginia, daughter of the late Robert (Step-mother: Francis) Rutherford. Denise graduated from Winchester High School. On September 17, 1977 she married Lloyd Michael Elsea Sr. He preceded her in death on October 24, 2008. Denise will be remembered as the best mother, grandmother, and friend that you could ask for.

Denise is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Lloyd (Angela) Elsea Jr., Manitowoc, grandson: Clayton Elsea (Fiance Hallie), Manitowoc, granddaughter: Miranda Doolittle, South Carolina, great-grandchildren: Tydus Elsea, Manitowoc, and Brynlee, Serenity, and Jaxyn, South Carolina; her beloved cat Baby, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Lloyd.

Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and private family services will be held.
