Obituary

With heavy hearts, we share that Donald Allan Krall passed away on July 31, 2023 at the age of 79 in his home. He was born May 1, 1944 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to Clarence and Gladys (Pracki) Krall.

Don graduated from Manitowoc Lincoln High School in 1962. He later joined the United States Army and served his country for 4.5 years achieving the rank of sharpshooter with the rifle, displaying his commitment to excellence. Don worked for the United States Postal Service for many years, where he earned his nickname "Postman". Afterwards, he took a job as an automotive technician for Bill's Auto of Manitowoc, WI. During this time, he custom painted his 1976 Harley Sportster and his 1969 Corvette to match one another. He took great pride in maintaining both of these.

Don was an avid coin collector and always relished the thrill of discovering hidden treasures with his metal detector. His love for cars was evident by his attendance at car shows, car races at Road America, and his membership in the Kettle Moraine Corvette Club. Don always appreciated time with family and friends and shared many laughs while playing cards or enjoying a buffet.

Don is survived by his son Jeff Krall (Tiffany) of Green Bay, WI, his brothers Jim (Geri), Gary (Colleen), Greg (Ann), Randy (Pat), Al, Kevin (Lisa), John, his sister Sue, as well as many nieces and nephews spanning across the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
