Donna L. Konieczny, age 91, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Friday, April 13, 2018 at her daughter's residence surrounded by her family.

Donna was born on April 12, 1927 in Gary, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Byron and Madeline Boyd Fellows.  Donna was employed at the Holiday Inn in Warsaw, Indiana until she retired.  After retiring, Donna moved to Manitowoc residing at Manitou Manor.  She enjoyed living there and made many friends.  Donna was married to Edward Konieczny in LaPorte, Indiana who preceded her in death in January 1986.  She enjoyed gambling and was a huge fan of WWE and Smack Down wrestling.  Donna had a great love for animals and enjoyed pets of her own.

She is survived by her four children: Pamela (Larry) Cassel, Warsaw, IN; Phillip Konieczny, Warsaw, IN; Mary (Larry) Caird, Manitowoc; Joann Konieczny and her significant other Mark VanDuezen, Berrien Center, MI; thirteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren;  along with other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents:  Byron and Madeline Fellows; husband:  Edward; two sons:  Thomas LaFrance and Edward Konieczny; one sister:  Jane Friend; one granddaughter:  Jessica Konieczny; one grandson:  Nathan Konieczny.

Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Guy Corrigall.  Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m.  Following the memorial service there will be a luncheon for relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, located on the south property of the funeral home.  Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.
