Elaine M. Conard, age 84, a Manitowoc resident, entered eternal life on Wednesday evening, January 4, 2017 at her residence with her family by her side.

Elaine was born on May 25, 1932 in Denmark. She was the daughter of the late Adam and Julia Decker Siebold. On June 19, 1948 she married Harold Conard in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on February 6, 1985. Elaine enjoyed traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with her family. .
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Bruce and Renee Conard, Manitowoc; three daughters and one son-in-law: Barbara and Ron Foster, AR; Bev Allen, CO; Becky Conard, Manitowoc; one daughter-in-law: Jody Conard, Manitowoc; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Adam and Julia Siebold; husband: Harold; three sons: Robert, William, and Brian Conard; one daughter and son-in-law: Bonnie and Richard Rebarchek; one grandson: Jeremy Foster; three brothers: Lester, Harvey, and Donald Siebold; three sisters: Grace Jansen, Agnes Lehman, and Evelyn Vorron.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Officiating will be Deacon Alan Boeldt. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m.
