Ellen C.
Miller
November 12, 1946 – November 24, 2025
Ellen Claire (Brueckner) Miller , a force of nature filled with life, love, and adventure, passed away on November 24, 2025. Raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Ellen made her home in Mishicot, Chilton, Marinette and for the last 30 years, Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Known for her strength, bold spirit, and fierce devotion to her family, Ellen lived her life with unmistakable energy and an open heart.
Ellen was strong, opinionated, and endlessly protective of her family. She embraced life fully—cooking for and entertaining those she loved, tending to her beautiful gardens and flowers, and exploring the world through travel. She was deeply committed to her community, giving countless hours of volunteer service to the Chilton school board, Camp Fire Girls, and AFS. Ellen was also immensely proud of her Irish heritage, which infused her life with tradition, spirit, and a joyful sense of identity.
Her sense of humor was truly one of a kind; she brought light and laughter wherever she went and was often at the center of good-natured mischief that became treasured family stories.
Ellen is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 56 years, Dale Miller , and her daughters, Stephanie, Tara, and Nora , who will forever carry her love and spirit with them. She was a proud and joyful grandmother to Morrigan and Owen Lien (Tara) and Vinnie and Mason Bolliger (Nora), all of whom brought her immense happiness.
Her presence was vibrant, her love was wholehearted, and her impact on those who knew her will be carried forward always.
