Elmer C. Walbert, age 80, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in Two Rivers.
Elmer was born on September 1, 1933 to the late William and Jennie Steininger Walbert.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the Blessed Angela Chapel at Felician Village, 1635 S. 21st Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Dr. Mathew Sauer will officiate. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. Online condolences may be sent to www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
