Fay A. Belongia, age 72, a resident of Whitelaw, entered eternal life on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at North Ridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Manitowoc.

Fay was born on October 20, 1944 in Manitowoc to the late Robert and Edith Koch Fargo. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1962. Fay then completed her education at Patricia Stevens School in Milwaukee. On October 12, 1963 Fay married Harlan Belongia at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on March 26, 2017. Fay had worked at various secretarial jobs, most recently at Winter, Fox and Stangel Law Offices in Two Rivers. She enjoyed spending her time fishing, painting, crocheting, and playing cards.

Survivors include Fay's three children: Leah (Wayne) Duchow, Valders; Patrick (Ann) Belongia, Manitowoc; Wade (Lori) Belongia, Manitowoc; five grandchildren: Tyler (Kassi) Duchow, Trevor (Nessa) Duchow, Tanner Duchow, Zachary Belongia, and Hannah Belongia; one great granddaughter: Ellie Duchow; along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Edith Fargo; husband: Harlan; one great grandson: Jackson Duchow;

Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Deacon Alan Boeldt officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Monday from 5 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.
