Faye Ann Budysz, age 83, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Shady Lane Nursing Home.

Faye was born on May 14,1940 in Manitowoc Wisconsin. Daughter of the late Ray and Florence (Mitcheltree) Aubol. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1958.  Faye was known for her vivacious personality and love of people. She enjoyed many years as a waitress at the Elbow Room and later owned her own restaurant, The Hickory House in Cleveland, Wisconsin. Faye also enjoyed a career in real estate, owning and operating Lake Country Realty. Faye was active in the local Garden club where she was able to share her passion for gardening.  In her free time, Faye also loved spending time with her family and friends.

Faye is survived by four of her children: Deborah (Ken)Wright, Cape Coral, Florida; Jeffrey Krouse, Manitowoc (Marcia Krouse, Summerville, South Carolina); Jodi (John) Wachman, Bonita Springs, Florida; Randy (Jennifer) Krouse, Milwaukee; ten grandchildren: Samantha Trinca, Haley Wright, Jeffrey Krouse Jr., Rebecca Long, Amanda Shumpert, Alissa Perlia, Alexandra Wachman, John Wachman IV, Courtney Mueller, Cameron Mueller, Ethan Krouse, Rachel Krouse, and five great-grandchildren: Ruby, Kayleigh, Luna, Trent, and Maddox. Faye is preceded in death by her parents: Ray and Florence Aubol; husband: Jim Budysz; former husband Roger Krouse, two children: Gregory Krouse and Ricky Krouse; siblings: Dean (Petrina) Aubol, Leslie (Joan) Aubol, Karen (Waylon) Staas, Dawn (Donald) Jacobson.

Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. The family will gather for a private remembrance. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family by visiting www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com.
