Obituary

Faye L. Gray, a resident of Mishicot, passed away at Azura Memory Care in Manitowoc on December 10, 2014 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease at age 69.

Faye was raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, by her late parents James and Elaine Walters. She graduated from Blackfoot High School with the class of 1963. Faye married Carl Gray in Blackfoot, Idaho. As a Navy wife, she lived for a time in Connecticut and then Ohio before settling in Wisconsin to raise a family. Faye was a very good seamstress and loved making all sorts of crafts. She also enjoyed gardening and travel – especially to visit a widely scattered family.

Survivors include Faye's husband: Carl; son: Carl B. (Sheila) Gray, Kenosha; daughter: Jonna (Brian) Anderson, Winneconne; two grandsons: Cody and Alec Gray; two granddaughters: Mackenzie and Megan Anderson; three brothers: David (Carol) Walters, Idaho Falls, ID; Jon (Theresa) Walters, Blackfoot, ID; and Steven (Becky) Walters, Blackfoot, ID; two sisters: Fran McCarthy, Clarksville, TN; and Janis Walters, Shelley, ID; nieces, nephews, other relatives; and also her close friends: DeAnn, Marian, and all the Carols and Anitas.

In respect with Faye's wishes, a private Life Celebration Social will be held at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center at a later date. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. Online condolences may be sent to www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com.

The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc is assisting the family with arrangements.
