Gerald E. Peck, age 79, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Aurora BayCare in Green Bay.
Gerry was born on March 27, 1936 in Milwaukee to the late Robert and Mildred Schaefer Peck. He graduated from Madison West High School with the class of 1954. Gerry continued his education by attending St. Norbert College in DePere and then enlisted with the United States Navy. He served his country for 20 years until his honorable discharge.
Survivors include Gerry's four siblings: Joan (Ron) Seidl, Georgia Peck-Irvin, R. Stephen (Janice) Peck, and Rosemary (David) Neuser; seven nieces and nephews; one great nephew; also other relatives and friends. Gerry was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Mildred Peck; two uncles and aunts: Everett (Betty) Schaefer and Lloyd (Bernardine) Peck; and brother-in-law: Edward Irvin.
A private graveside service for Gerry's family will take place at a later date. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc is assisting the family with arrangements.
