Helen G. Hronek, a resident of Manitowoc, entered into eternal life on Saturday, December 03, 2011 at Shady Lane Nursing Care Center in Manitowoc.
Helen was born on November 28, 1921 in Manitowoc to the late John and Emma Suchan Hronek. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1939. She was employed with Associated Bank for almost 25 years until she retired as Assistant Vice President in 1987. From 1997 to 2010 she spent her retirement as an invaluable volunteer at Uniquely Yours Pastry Shoppe. Helen was an active member of St. James Episcopal Church in Manitowoc.
Her interests included family, gardening, cooking, baking and reading. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to family members. She believed "Charity Begins at Home" and always stepped in to lend a helping hand whenever any family member needed it. Even though she never had children of her own, she was a mother to so many.
