Helen M. Webb, age 75, a resident of Manitowoc, and formerly of Orlando, FL, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.

Helen was born on December 12, 1945 in Little Rock, AR to the late Floyd and Juanita (Johnson) Armstrong.  She enjoyed travelling  - especially to Maggie Valley in North Carolina.  Helen loved animals very, very much.  She was a proud supporter of ASPCA.

Survivors include Helen's three children, Shelly (Brian Brooks) Webb, Manitowoc; Bryan Butler, Tennessee; and Tina (John) Stonecipher, Florida; four grandchildren, Brittney Brooks and her boyfriend, Jesse, Justin Brooks, Adam Stonecipher and Nick Stonecipher; six great grandchildren, Bryan, Haylee, Austley, Savannah, Nick Jr., and Alena; sister, Essie (Elliot) Cummins, Oregon; brother, Bill Wagner, Florida; also other relatives and friends.  Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Juanita Armstrong; husband, Salvatore; and son, Todd Carbahol.

In respect with Helen's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.  Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of Helen's cremated remains to be held Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, FL.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
