Holly Heier, age 30, of 559 South Main Street, Mishicot, entered eternal life on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at her residence.

Holly was born on August 7, 1979 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. She is the daughter of Michael Heier and Lauri Graykowski Heier. Holly attended Lincoln High School where she graduated with the class of 1998. She continued her education at Lakeshore Technical College where she received her Associates degree in marketing. Holly was employed at Encompass Early Education and Care in DePere, Wisconsin. She enjoyed music, especially Elvis Presley and the Beatles.

She is survived by her parents: Michael Heier and Laurie Heier, Manitowoc, WI; 1 brother and sister-in-law: Toby and Angela Heier, Manitowoc, WI; maternal grandmother: Shirley Graykowski, Manitowoc, WI; paternal grandfather: Leo Heier, Manitowoc, WI; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends of which 2 friends were very close friends, Michelle Buretta, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Caroline of Sturgeon Bay, WI. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather: Joseph Graykowski; and paternal grandmother: Dorothy Heier.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at Faith Church, 2201 South 42nd Street, Manitowoc. Officiating will be Rev. Jeremy Vance with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Monday, September 7, 2009, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and then at Faith Church on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at 11:00 A.M.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorials be directed to the Lakeshore Humane Society in Holly’s memory.

The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11th and St. Clair Streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
