Jayne Marie Russell, age 65, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away November 1, 2025, at Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband: Butch DeWindt; parents: Hilary and Anna Kumbalek; daughter: Camylle DeWindt; grandson: Christian Carroll; step-son: Paul DeWindt; and step-grandson: Devon Paul DeWindt.
