Jeffery Meissner, a lifelong resident of Manitowoc, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 29, 2020 at the age of 62. He died at his home surrounded by his 3 loving daughters.

Jeff was born and raised in Manitowoc and attended Lincoln High School, class of 1976. He spent his career baking, which was a passion of his and he was quite good at it too! He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping and hunting, all while listening to some good tunes, of course. Jeff passionately believed in living everyday as if it was your last and cherished the good times with his friends and family. He was the funniest man and always the life of the party. His 3 beautiful daughters are his greatest accomplishment, he would say.

Jeffery is the proud father of Jacqueline (Michael Carroll), Jennifer (KC White) and Jolene (Conor Benham) Meissner. Loving brother and best friend to Bruce (Terry) Meissner, Rita Meissner, Linda (Del) Benter, Tina (Mike) Busse, Nina (Pat) McCarthy and Gina Mae Meissner. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Kenneth and Elaine Meissner; his sisters Nona Meissner and Deanna Chapleski; his nephew Samuel McCarthy; his best friend Mike (Scrappy) Savage and his loyal K9 companion Sir Scrappy.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a memorial in Jeff's name. Jeff's life celebration will be on Sunday, July 26 ^th from 1 – 5 pm at Benham Surgical Health, 1765 N. 18 ^th Street, Manitowoc, WI. There will be a eulogy at 2:00 pm. Since it will be an outside celebration, please bring your lawn chairs. Refreshments will follow.
