Jody L. Conard, age 65, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.

Jody was born on March 23, 1958 in Manitowoc to the late Richard and Marilyn (Musial) Wilhelm. She graduated from Lincoln High School. On April 9, 1980, Jody married William "Bill" S. Conard in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on June 19, 2008. After working with her parents for many years at the Tower Tavern, Jody and her husband, Bill, purchased the Tower Tavern which they operated for many years. Her and Bill also owned and operated Conard Painting. Jody then had worked at the BP gas station on Memorial Drive.

Survivors include Jody's two children, Kelly (Jon) Niewolny and Kris (Becca) Conard; three grandchildren, Khristopher Conard, Lauren and Bria Niewolny; two brothers, Richard Wilhelm and Bill (Sherry) Wilhelm; also other relatives and friends.

A Life Celebration Social for relatives and friends will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of Jody's cremated remains to be held at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date.
