Judith L. Woodruff, age 64, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Monday evening, August 29, 2022 at the Aurora Bay Care Medical Center in Green Bay.

Judy was born on April 19, 1958 in El Paso, Texas.  She was the daughter of the late Vincent and Janice Dame Kilhullen.  Judy loved to play games on her computer and watch Lifetime Movies with her daughters.  She was a caregiver to her family and enjoyed the time spent with her family and especially her grandchildren.  Judy had a special love for her dogs.

She is survived by her partner in life, Jim Burkart, Manitowoc, two daughters, Jennifer (Juan Castillo) Peyton, Denton, TX, Katie (Edgar) Garcia, Severance, CO; six grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Zahida, Ezekiel, Elijah, and Elliott; two sisters, Susan (Tony) Mormoon, Colorado Springs, CO and Kathleen Tharp, Deridder, LA; one brother, Martin Kilhullen, Denton, TX; her pet dog, Sandy, along with other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Janice Kilhullen.
