Obituary

Judith "Judy" A. Hagenow, age 73, a resident of Two Rivers, entered eternal life on Sunday, October 7, 2018.

Judy was born on February 21, 1945 in Two Rivers to Janet Kronforst Kempen and the late Eugene Kempen.  On March 2, 1963, Judy married Dennis Hagenow in Fort Leonardwood, MO. Judy had been employed at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center for 44 years until her retirement in 2017.  She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, playing cards, going to casinos, and spending time with her friends and family – especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include Judy's husband of 55 years, Dennis; two children, Scott Hagenow, Sheboygan Falls, and Debbie (Rodney) Hanes, Two Rivers; four grandchildren, Erik Schultz, Nicole Hagenow, Ryan Hagenow, and Allyson Hagenow; three brothers, S. Bud (Sheila) Kempen, Menomonee Falls; Donald (Sue) Kempen, De Pere; and Larry Kempen, Green Bay; three brothers-in-law, Lee (Jodi) Hagenow, Manitowoc; Richard Hagenow, Kenosha, Wayne (Roxanne) Hagenow, Green Bay; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Judy was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Kempen; brother-in-law, Gene Hagenow; and daughter-in-law, Margie Hagenow.

A Life Celebration Social will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.  Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Judy's name.

Judy's family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to Holy Family Hospice, Pink Heals of Manitowoc County, and to all of the staff of Holy Family Cancer Center for all of their care and support.

The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11 th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
