Obituary

Julie S. (Deutsch) Davis, age 73, a Manitowoc resident, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.

She was born October 9, 1952 in Iowa, daughter of the late Victor and Evelyn (Peck) Deutsch. Julie graduated from Fairfield High School, Iowa. She was employed as a housekeeper in various places over the course of her career. Julie loved gardening and canning. She could often be found baking and cooking a great meal or delicious desserts in her kitchen. She also enjoyed crosswords, 70's music, and her dogs. Julie loved to go on car rides in the country, going out to eat with her friends and family, and watching soap operas. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

Julie is survived by her two children: Chase (Cindy) Davis, Manitowoc, and Lori (Ryan) Johnson, Sheboygan; her sister and brother-in-law: Rosalyn (Gary) Bombei, Solon, OH; sister-in-law: Kari Deutsch, Illinois; three nieces and one nephew: Pam, Greg, Sheri, and Taryn and their families; as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; Victor and Evelyn Deutsch; her brother: Dennis Deutsch; and nephew: Michael Bombei.

Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and a memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Noon on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, 628 N. Water Street, Manitowoc. Following the service, a luncheon will be held for family and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, located on the southside property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Julie will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m. Noon on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
