Julie Ann Olson

Julie Ann Olson, age 67, passed away on May 23, 2026. She was born in Manitowoc on July 24, 1958, to her parents Elmer and Marilyn (Mahnke) Hardrath. Julie worked as a dental hygienist all of her adult life, and retired from Dental Associates in Green Bay. In her free time, Julie enjoyed sewing and crocheting, spending time with friends, and listening to music. She particularly loved helping people as much as possible.

Julie is survived by her children David Pockat of New Berlin, WI and Jennifer Ashley of Sioux City, IA; sisters Susan Peery of Sheboygan Falls, WI and Karen Hardrath of Cottage Grove, WI; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Marilyn.

Cremation has occurred at Harrigan Parkside Crematory Chapel. A Life Celebration Social will be held at Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 N. Water St., Manitowoc, on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions in Julie’s honor to the Kiwanis Club of Manitowoc.
