Kadenz Marie McCollum, age 7, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay as the result of a car accident in Shawano County.

Kadenz was born on February 15, 2010 in Manitowoc. She was attending school at Franklin Elementary School in Manitowoc. Kadenz loved riding her bike, watching the movie Moana, playing with her friends, cuddling and laughing with her siblings, and walking with her sister home from school. Above all, Kadenz was a very loving person and known for all the constant hugs she gave.

Survivors include Kadenz's mother and father, Nikkole and Efren Gonzalez Jr., Manitowoc; five siblings, Isaac, Santanna, Hanalise, Geovany, and Kenneth; grandparents, Bill and Shari Stevens, Manitowoc; five uncles, Jeremy McCollum, Dustin McCollum, Zach Stevens, Alfonso and Tony Gonzalez; five aunts, Melinda Pacheco, Josephina, Irma, Andrea, Vickie, and Maria Gonzalez; also other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandpa, Efren Gonzalez; and great grandparents, Kenneth and Paulette Havlovitz, and William Stevens.
