Katherine (Keil) Corbit, age 69, a resident of Brooklyn, Wisconsin, passed away on July 9, 2024, at her home.

Kate was born on August 12, 1954, in Sheboygan to Karl and Claire (Darnieder) Keil. She attended schools in Sheboygan and graduated from Sheboygan North High School with the Class of 1972. She then went on to attend UW-Madison. Kate married Bob Corbit Sr. and was very involved with her husband's musical career. She was passionate about helping with promotion of his bands and enjoyed the creativity she was able to put into it. Bob preceded her in death in September of 2023. Kate loved spending time with her animals, gardening, and was an avid reader.

Kate is survived by her mother: Claire Keil; step-children: Robert Corbit Jr. and Giselle Corbit; four brothers: Andy Keil (Mary), Richard Keil (Kelly), Larry Keil (Naomi), and Jim Keil. Step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Corbit Sr.; father: Karl Keil; and step-son: Christopher Corbit.
