Kevin J. Day, age 46, a resident of Green Bay, entered eternal life on Monday evening, March 20, 2023 at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa.
Kevin was born on December 20, 1976 in Manitowoc. He is the son of Harvey and Barbara Petska Day. Kevin attended Manitowoc Lutheran High School and graduated with the class of 1995 and then continued his education at the UW-Manitowoc extension. Kevin worked at numerous jobs and then became employed with WPS Insurance in Green Bay until poor health forced him to retire. He enjoyed following the Milwaukee Brewers and Seattle Mariners and was also an avid Green Bay Packer and NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his parents, Harvey and Barbara Day, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, five special friends in Green Bay, Bret, Jim, Tommy, Mike, and Drew, along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by paternal and maternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and two nephews.
A memorial service of comfort will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Kujawski officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. A luncheon will follow at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center located on the south property of the funeral home. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of his cremated remains to take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc at a later date.

The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Dr. Mehdi Hamadani and staff at the Froedtert Cancer Center and the doctors and staff at the Center for Advanced Cancer Care and staff at the Intensive Care Unit.
