Kimberly Kalafut, age 35, resident of Manitowoc, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012 at her residence.

Kimberly was born on October 10, 1976 in Lebanon, N.H. to Bernice Truman Kalafut and the late John Kalafut. She graduated from Preble High School in Green Bay with the class of 1993 and then went on to complete her education by obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. Kimmy had worked in maintenance at Goodwill Industries in Manitowoc and Green Bay for over 10 years. She enjoyed spending her time reading, watching movies, being outdoors, painting and drawing, and "playing" with her power tools.

Survivors include her mother: Bernice Truman Isaacson, Manitowoc; sister: Karyn (Douglas) Nelson, Manitowoc; two brothers: Jason Kalafut, Green Bay; and Sean (Chrissy) Isaacson, Sheboygan; stepmother: Ann (Frank) Kimball, Lebanon, N.H.; stepsister: Melinda Lapan, Neptune, N.J.; also other relatives and friends. Kimberly was preceded in death by her father, John Kalafut.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo, 1121 N. 14th Street, Manitowoc from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. The Rev.
