Linda Marie Svendal, age 68, a resident of Manitowoc, entered into eternal life on January 31, 2024.

She was born on August 22, 1955 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to the late Donald and Gladys Svendal. In 1973 she graduated from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In September 1974 she graduated from St. Luke's School of Practical Nursing in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Linda and her family were lifetime residents of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and later moved to the Stanley-Gilman, Wisconsin area in 1976. Linda was a Licensed Practical Nurse and enjoyed working with Alzheimer's residents.

Linda is survived by many special friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald on May 20, 1977; her mother, Gladys on February 19, 2006; and brother, Donnie on September 30, 1975.

Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and Linda was laid to rest at Meadowbrook Cemetery, Gilman, Wisconsin. Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory of Manitowoc, Wisconsin and Plombon Funeral Home of Stanley, Wisconsin are assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
