Mark A.
Wolf
Mar 7, 1968 — Sep 24, 2026
Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Mark Alan Wolf, 58, of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2026.
Mark was born on March 7, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio, to James and Rosemary Wolf. He proudly served four years in the United States Army before building a long career in the HVAC industry. Mark worked as an HVAC service technician for approximately 42 years and was a member of UA Local 400 Plumbers & Steamfitters. During his career, he also had the opportunity to briefly own and operate his own HVAC business.
Mark was loving, hilarious, and unapologetically himself. He was the kind of person who could make people laugh and was never afraid to be exactly who he was. Those who knew Mark knew that family was an important part of his life.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching MMA, and spending time with the people he loved. Some of his favorite moments were the simple ones—cooking out with family, sharing a meal, and enjoying a good cup of black coffee. He was also a man who could appreciate a good prime rib.
Mark is survived by his wife of approximately 23 years, Tonya Lyn Wolf; his children, Samantha (Colby) Putman, Troy (Andrea) Wolf, and Keenan Wolf; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Schylar, Michael, Kane, Levi, and Selah, who will carry his memory with them.
He is further survived by his siblings, Connie (Todd) Wallace, Tim (Irene) Wolf, Ryan (Karen) Wolf, and Craig Wolf; cousins, Wade Powell and Eric Foor, as well as other extended family members, friends, coworkers, and the many people whose lives crossed paths with his during his 58 years.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, James and Rosemary Wolf.
Mark’s life cannot be summed up simply by the years he lived or the work he did. He will be remembered for his humor, his love for his family, the stories and laughter he left behind, and most of all, for being completely and unmistakably Mark.
His absence will be deeply felt, and his memory will live on in the family and friends who loved him.
A private service was held for Mark on Monday, September 28, 2026.

”We never know which goodbye will be our last, which ordinary morning will become a day we remember forever, or when the plans we make for tomorrow will be left unfinished. So love deeply, laugh often, forgive quickly, and never leave the important things unsaid. Tomorrow is never promised, but the love and memories we leave behind can last far beyond our final day.”~ Unknown
