Mary Jeanne Hibbard, age 94, of Mukwonago, formerly of Manitowoc and Chicago, entered eternal life Tuesday afternoon, February 1, 2011 at Linden Grove Extended Care Facility, Mukwonago.

Mary Jeanne was born February 8, 1916 in Algoma, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of the late Reinhart and Margaret Tweeddale Meverden. Mary Jeanne was a graduate of Algoma High School with the class of 1934. On January 29, 1944 she married Clayton "Bud" Hibbard in Green Bay. He preceded her in death on December 21, 1990. Mary Jean had been a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Manitowoc.

She is survived by two children: Mark (Judy) Hibbard, Chicago, IL; Jane (Bob) Polinsky, Sheboygan Falls, WI; 3 grandchildren: Mark Hlinak, Brenda Hyde, and Diane Rice; 2 great grandchildren: Ian and Donovan; nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband: Clayton Hibbard; 1 sister and 4 brothers.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am on Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Diane Murray. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 am until the time of services at 10:30.
