Maxine H. Barry, age 86, a resident of Harmony of Manitowoc, 2115 Cappaert Road, entered eternal life Thursday morning, November 10, 2011 at Harmony of Manitowoc.

Maxine was born March 8, 1925 in Manitowoc, WI. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Beatrice Herman Wigen. She was married to Kenneth G. Barry who preceded her in death on April 6, 2000. Maxine was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Manitowoc.

She is survived by one niece: Mary Bruechert; three nephews: Randy (Pat) Field; Bradley (Jeanne) Field; Knute Wigen; all of Manitowoc, WI; one sister-in-law: Rose Marie Wigen, Manitowoc, WI; along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter and Beatrice Wigen: husband: Kenneth G. Barry; one brother and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Diane Murray from St. James Episcopal Church. Burial will take place Monday, November 14, 2011 at Gjerpen Cemetery, town of Cato. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services at 4:00 p.m.
