Michael D. Huske, age 60, a Manitowoc resident, died Sunday morning, November 18, 2018 at Laurel Grove Assisted Living in Manitowoc.
He was born on October 16, 1958 in Manitowoc, son of the late William and Ann (Parworth) Huske. Mike was a graduate of Roncalli High School with the class of 1977. He was the owner operator of Online Express Trucking Company and later of Hardly Able Lawn Care. In 2008, Mike married Patricia (Prickett) Greicar at the Venetian in Las Vegas. She preceded him in death in May of 2018. Mike was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoyed collecting coins and was also an avid Young and the Restless fan. Mike was an all-around great guy who was always willing to help others and never selfish.
Survivors include two sisters: Judy (Jeff) Hassemer, Maribel, Sue Huske, Manitowoc; one sister-in-law: Diane Huske, Milwaukee; one step-mother: Mardell Huske, Manitowoc; one niece: Maggie Hassemer, Maribel; five nephews: Zachary Huske, Madison, Daniel Hassemer, Whitewater, Elliott Huske, Sutton Huske and Bennett Huske all of Manitowoc. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife: Patricia; his parents: William and Ann Huske and one brother: Jeff Huske.
A Life Celebration Social for relatives and friends will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.
