On Tuesday September 1, 2020 Michael peacefully passed away of natural causes in Two Rivers, WI. He was 59 years old.

Mike was born in Racine, WI on July 2, 1961. He was the oldest of three brothers, Richard Watton and Daniel Watton. Michael is the son of late Carolyn Sokelis and Donald Watton.  Mike served in the United States Army. He was a lifelong commercial painter. He loved fishing, hunting, bow hunting and being outdoors. Mike supported all Wisconsin sport teams - especially the Green Bay Packers. He worked hard and was a good provider for his daughters ("Twinkies") and their brother. He also partied hard and loved living on the edge. Mike didn't let things get him down. He always has a smile and a laugh for whatever he was handed in life. May he be at peace.

Survivors include Mike's two daughters, Vanessa Nessman, Milwaukee, WI, and Katrina Nessman, Manitowoc, WI; two sons, Zachary Nessman, Manitowoc, WI, and Brandon, Racine; the mother of his daughters, Cynthia Nessman, Manitowoc; aunt, Jane and Jerry Klauser Oregon, WI; and cousins Terry Klauser, Oregon, WI and Renee Klauser Oregon, WI.  Michael was preceded in death by his parents, John Nagy, Carolyn Sokelis; father, Donald Watton; brothers, Richard Watton and Daniel Watton; and aunt, Beverly Sokelis.
