Muriel A. Pratt, age 84, a Manitowoc resident, entered eternal life on Sunday afternoon, July 19, 2015 at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Muriel was born on April 27, 1931 in Manitowoc. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Emily Wranovsky Klinkner. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School with the class of 1949. Muriel had been employed at the Stand Theatre, Mirro Aluminum and Walmart. On June 20, 1953 she married Marshall Pratt at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on June 30, 2011. Muriel was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and Muriel enjoyed the outdoors with gardening and fishing.

She is survived by three sons: Ronald (Joan) Pratt, David Pratt , Jon (Debi) Pratt, all of Manitowoc; special friend and caregiver: Mary Vieau, Manitowoc; seven grandchildren: Brad, Brooke, Rachelle, Jason, Tara, Amanda and Mark; 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Emily Klinkner; husband: Marshall Pratt; two brothers: Jerry and Clarence Klinkner; and one sister: Doris Severson.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Waldo-1121 North 14th Street, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Dave Beaudry. Entombment will follow at Calvary Mausoleum in Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A prayer service led by Deacon Alan Boeldt will be held at 7 p.m. to conclude the visitation. The visitation will continue on Thursday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Waldo from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Following the funeral service there will be a luncheon for relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.
