Neva Jean Menne was a beloved child, sibling, friend, aunt, wife and mother who touched the lives of many. She was born on December 7th, 1956 in Milwaukee County Hospital in Wauwatosa. She was the second child of Francis and Mary Bertschy. Her siblings include her older brother Walter and his wife Libby, and younger siblings Donna, Jimmy, Steve and Cheryl. On October 14th, 1975, Neva married Alan Menne and together they had their only son, David Menne, 48, of Stevens Point, WI. Neva also has one granddaughter, Raeana, 15. Neva was a longtime resident at Care Partners in Manitowoc, WI and was loved by all who worked with her. Neva passed peacefully in her sleep on January 1st, 2024. She has gone on to join her parents, sister Cheryl, and husband, Alan, in heaven. "May she soar forever with the butterflies".

Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and Neva and her husband Alan will be laid to rest at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Manitowoc at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 2024.

The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
