Ramona A. Edwards, age 54, of 1557 South 35th Street, Manitowoc, entered eternal life late Friday evening, May 27, 2011 at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Ramona was born on April 18, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois. She was the daughter of Raymond Hurtado and the late Elma Cherry Hurtado. Ramona had been employed in Manitowoc at Cher-Make Sausage Company and most recently at Dollar Tree Store.

She is survived by one son: Olander Edwards, Chicago, IL; two daughters: Tajee Edwards, Manitowoc; Canika Edwards, Manitowoc; her father: Raymond Hurtado, Chicago, IL; four brothers: Raymond Hurtado, Avery Hurtado, Dario Hurtado and Audre Hurtado all of Chicago, IL; two sisters: Deborah Hurtado, Reno, NV; Priscilla Parks, Chicago, IL; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: Elma Hurtado.

With respect to Ramona's wishes there will be no funeral services. Cremation will take place.

The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc has assisted the family with arrangements.
