Randolph V. Walters, age 75, a Manitowoc resident, passed away peacefully with his loving wife Teresa at his side on Sunday morning, July 19, 2026, at his home.

Randy was born August 21, 1950, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, son of the late Victor and Helen (Lawler) Walters. Randy attended Manitowoc Lincoln High School and graduated with the class of 1968. He married the former Teresa Haverly in Chippewa Falls in 1972 and they shared 53 years of life, love, and fun together.

Randy worked for Manitowoc Engineering for 16 years and was then employed with Kohler Company before retiring in 2012. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, trap shooting, driving his Jeep, attending daily Mass, and spending time with friends and family up north at “The Happening.”

Randy is survived by his wife: Teresa Walters; two sons: Jeffrey (Danielle) Walters, Sun Prairie, Gregory (Teneil) Walters, West Bend; five grandchildren: Zachary, Danica, Maddox, Nicole, Dawson; one sister: Vicki Jeske; three brothers-in-law: Tom Haverly (Carmen), Paul Haverly, Roger Haverly (Bill Johnson); two sisters-in-law: Jeanne Haverly and Jean Haverly; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Victor and Helen Walters; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Robert and Frances Haverly; two sisters: Bonnie Zipperer, Marilyn King; five brothers-in-law: Jerome Zipperer, Jerry King, Dan Jeske, Peter Haverly, Dan Haverly; and nephew: Dan Jeske.

Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, 628 N. Water Street, Manitowoc. Family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. Noon until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m.
